Prospective
jurors are not paid for attending a jury selection.
According to provincial legislation, jurors are paid $50 per day
for Jury Duty. Jurors will be reimbursed for reasonable travel expenses.
Any other expenses must be supported by receipts.
If overnight stays are required and approved by the Jury Management
office, out-of-town jurors will have their accommodations expenses
paid.
Payment is made to you by cheque through the mail. It is important
that you give your correct address to the Jury Management office
or court administration office.
